“Fear creates its own prison for the soul. You must learn to rise above fear and not to allow its vibrations to hinder you, to have absolute faith and confidence and trust, to know that you can stand on your feet and say: ‘I am the Great Spirit and the wind of circumstances cannot shake me, I will rise triumphant over every difficulty because of the infinite power which is within my soul'."

Research has shown that we are both the sum of our actions and a product of our upbringing (nature and nurture) but rarely do we know ourselves throughly.

This plus our cumulative experiences and the circumstances in which we live our lives, all tend to form certain outlooks and expectancies for the future. When this outlook becomes restrictive we may fail to reach our goals and become frustrated with our lack of personal and professional achievements.

Working with a Life Coach will allow you to overcome any obstacles and setbacks which have in the past prevented you from reaching your full potential and achieving the goals which you have been aiming for. Coaching is all about establishing a dialogue based on empathy and helping you to get to know yourself better and to make the most of your talents.

A life coach is someone who aims to help and empower others to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals - including excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled in the home, exploring the self and the world, and achieving ambitions.

By harnessing specialist techniques based on core psychological principals and natural intuition, life coaches provide clients with the tools to confidently face difficult situations, push past emotional barriers and eventually view life with fresh, hopeful and enlightened eyes.

Just as sports coaching enables athletes to hone themselves into the fastest, strongest, most tactical competitors in their disciplines, life coaching will help you improve your strengths and overcome weaknesses to make the most of your life.

Life coaching is about objectivity, structure and empowerment, not instruction or indoctrination. At the heart of it all lies the idea that a person must be given the power to help themselves.

The term 'coaching' itself comes from the Anglo-Saxon word for 'carriage', which is a means of transporting something from one place to another. A life coach therefore, is an individual who guides another individual from where they are at in life, to where they want to be in life. It is a practical tool for personal exploration and development.

Would you limit the power of the infinite soul?”
