Yoga, being far more than an exercise, is a therapy that aims to unite the mind, body and soul. Most yoga styles are derived from hatha yoga, and focus on the body, breath and energy centres, helping us control both body and mind. This stand-alone Yoga Course commences with the assumption of little or no knowledge by the student and progresses the individual to the level of a competent practitioner. It’s aimed at anyone who wishes to start practicing yoga, develop knowledge of yoga or start teaching Hatha Yoga.
